AB 1923 would clarify loan forgiveness terms for previous recipients in the Distressed Hospital Loan Program. It would also update the program to ensure additional hospital assistance, including new funding and eligibility to more hospital types. Recent amendments would make revisions to the program contingent on budget funding.
