Passed the Assembly Judiciary Committee on April 7. To be heard in the Assembly Appropriations Committee.

AB 1776 would expand California’s antitrust laws by prohibiting Single-Firm conduct that monopolizes or seeks to monopolize a particular market by expanding the definition of “restraints of trade” to include any actions, measures or acts performed by one or more persons.
