What’s happening: Registration is open for the next monthly virtual forum in the Hospital Quality Institute’s (HQI) Community of Practice (CoP) on Eliminating Hospital Workplace Violence.
What else to know: The forum will take place on Nov. 21 from noon to 1 p.m. (PT); it will explore two approaches hospitals are using to help prevent and manage workplace violence:
- K-9 security team
- Body-worn cameras
The purpose of these monthly virtual forums is to connect individuals working on workplace violence prevention through a collaborative network designed for peer-to-peer learning and exchange. Participation is free and open to all CHA and HQI member hospitals.
