Entries are now being accepted for the Hospital Quality Institute’s (HQI) 2020 C. Duane Dauner Quality Award. The annual award recognizes excellence in the quest for zero-harm patient care and encourages the adoption of successful strategies on a larger scale.

California’s preeminent patient safety and quality award honors outstanding achievement in patient safety, quality improvement, and experience. Qualified submissions demonstrate success in one or more of these areas while also addressing sustainability and scalability.

This year’s award features more opportunities for recognition, honoring one winner, one runner-up, and eight honorable mention recipients. The winner will be invited to present their successes during the 2020 HQI Annual Conference.
