CAHHS is in the early stages of developing a more comprehensive volunteer program database. The goal of this initiative is to better understand the volunteer programs offered at each member hospital, and to strengthen networking opportunities and resource sharing among hospitals statewide.
This questionnaire represents the first phase of data collection. While we recognize that hospitals may offer a wide range of volunteer programs, we ask that you respond yes or no specifically to the 19 programs listed in the survey.
If your hospital operates additional programs not listed, please include those in the open-ended question provided. Based on the number of similar responses, some of these additional programs may be considered for inclusion in the final database.
