CHA will host a webinar on Oct. 14 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. (PT) to update members on the transition to Medi-Cal Rx.
Webinar participants will have the opportunity to hear about the Jan. 1 implementation of all Medi-Cal managed care (MC) outpatient pharmacy services to the fee-for-service delivery system from experts at the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and Magellan Health.
This transition will standardize the Medi-Cal outpatient pharmacy benefit statewide under one delivery system administered by DHCS and its contractor, Magellan Health. These changes will significantly impact the manner in which hospitals are reimbursed.
