April 10, 2023 | 12:30 – 5:00 p.m.
CHA is proud to offer this unprecedented opportunity to improve board effectiveness and executive communications.
Bring your thorny governance issues and hear what outstanding boards do differently from the rest. This session is focused on rural hospital boards and will help:
- Improve communication and understanding between hospital executives and the board
- Improve community relations and simplify board recruitment
- Reduce executive turnover on governance boards
- Improve board interactions, presentations and materials
- Increase alignment among the board, medical staff, and executive team
Please invite your board members to attend – this four-hour session can have a tremendous impact on hospital operations, and it only works if you extend the invitation!
