California is home to some 40 million people with a richness of diversity — race, ethnicity, age, language, sexual orientation, gender identity, education, income, and more. Our diversity means we need to be especially attuned to individuals’ unique needs, differences in health status, and drivers of health inequities. The data below provide a profile of community health in each legislative district and begin to describe some of the differences in health status and potential drivers of health inequity.
