CHA is pleased to release the 2021 Consent Manual, the authoritative one-stop resource on how to comply with legal requirements related to patient consent for medical treatment, release of medical information, reporting requirements, and more.
The manual is free to CHA members and has been updated to reflect state and federal health care law through June 2021.
New for 2021: The Consent Manual is being released as an ePub only. It includes both a searchable PDF and access to the CHA Manuals app for mobile use. CHA members may download the Consent Manual and PDFs for all CHA manuals from the publications download library. The free CHA Manuals app, which provides mobile access to many CHA manuals, may be downloaded from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
