In preparation for another busy regulatory season, CHA reminds members that information on proposed and final federal rules, as well as executive orders, can be found on a dedicated page of the CHA website. Developed to help members stay on top of numerous regulations, CHA’s Regulatory Tracker highlights open, forthcoming and final rules along with summaries of the regulations.
The tracker also includes opportunities for education through member forums, CHA draft and final comment letters, and key analyses to help members understand the impact for their organization and California broadly.
In addition to reporting on proposed rules in CHA News, CHA will update the regulatory tracker to include the latest information.
