CHA has prepared a template letter for members to use in responding to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' (CMS) Medicaid fiscal accountability proposed rule. If finalized, the policies outlined in the proposed rule would significantly change Medicaid financing, resulting in decreased coverage and access to care for Medi-Cal beneficiaries.
