CHA will host a members-only briefing Jan. 8 at 10 a.m. (PT) to solicit hospital leaders’ feedback on the Medicaid Fiscal Accountability Regulation proposed rule recently issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
During the call, CHA will provide an overview of the proposed rule’s key provisions, including changes to the rules for states to finance their non-federal share of Medicaid costs and calculate their associated upper payment limit calculations, and new reporting requirements. CHA will also solicit member feedback to inform our comments, which are due to CMS Feb. 1.
Members should register online by Jan. 7 at noon (PT). Participants will receive materials, as well as call-in and web access information, the morning of the call. This call will be recorded.
