CHA will host a day-long event – the Caring For Our Patients Who Are Homeless Summit – Dec. 11 at the Riverside Convention Center to help hospitals explore the complex needs of people experiencing homelessness and how they can help address those needs.
At the summit, leading industry experts will discuss:
- Perception vs. reality in homelessness
- Innovative strategies that curb the growth in homelessness
- Steps to break the generational cycle of homelessness
- Replicable programs that connect patients to community partners
Throughout the day, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with speakers, share ideas, and connect with peers from across the state.
