The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) will hold a stakeholder meeting Jan. 10 at 2 p.m. to discuss the development of certified nurse assistant and home health aide criminal clearance regulations. The department requests that participants be prepared to provide feedback on a set of questions specifically related to the regulations.
Announced in All Facilities Letter 19-40, the meeting will be held at 1500 Capitol Ave., Training Room C, in Sacramento, and will be available through WebEx. Because seating is limited, those attending in person are asked to reserve a seat by Jan. 6 by emailing CHCQRegulationsUnit@cdph.ca.gov.
CHA staff will attend the meeting.
