ACTION NEEDED

Hospitals have several crucial upcoming opportunities to engage with the Office of Health Care Affordability (OHCA). CHA has developed a comprehensive plan and accompanying resources to help members navigate extensive advocacy over the coming months.

TIMING

  • By March 20, submit a letter to the OHCA board.
  • On March 25, testify at the OHCA board meeting. 
  • By April 11, submit detailed comments to the Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) on OHCA’s proposed hospital sector targets. 
  • By April 17, submit a letter to the OHCA board.
  • On April 22, testify at the OHCA board meeting.
