Based in Sacramento, the California Hospital Association is the statewide leader representing the interests of more than 400 hospitals and health systems in California.  We collaborate with our members to provide strong and effective representation and advocacy to advance the interests of California hospitals, patients and communities.  CHA is a trusted resource, working with members to achieve legislative, regulatory, and legal accomplishments at the state and federal level.

We are currently seeking an experienced CRM professional to manage the development, implementation, administration, and ongoing improvement to an enterprise level Microsoft D365 CRM supporting the State & Regional Hospital Associations member engagement efforts. The candidate will need to have a good understanding of Microsoft D365 CRM and how it can be utilized across the organization; skills using online technology and has the curiosity and expertise to learn a CRM and participate in the CRM community; able to analyze complex processes and build solutions using D365 Microsoft tools.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, business technology, or related field preferred. Other degrees with relevant experience considered. 

5+ years of configuration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) 

Proficient in all aspects of Dynamics 365, including creating/modifying tables, columns, forms, workflows, business rules, Power Apps, flows 

Solid project management skills and knowledge of the software development life cycle 

Excellent problem-solving skills in a complex and frequently changing environment  

Experience with MSCRM Addons, Easy Territory, and ClickDimensions preferred 

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 

Proven ability to effectively ask probing questions to understand the root cause of a problem or request, which may differ from the stated problem or request; implement effective solutions to address the root cause of problems or requests 

Experience with database management and data importing 

Ability to effectively explain complex technology in simple to understand terms 

Effective time management, planning and organization skills 

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with various teams 

Exceptional customer service skills 

Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time while maintaining high quality and attention to detail  

Experience in supporting a member centric organization 

Advanced skill level in MS Office software programs
