The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is now accepting applications from Medicare-enrolled providers, suppliers, and Medicare accountable care organizations to participate in the forthcoming two-year extension of the Bundled Payments for Care Improvement (BPCI) Advanced Model. The application deadline is May 31 at 2 p.m. (PT).
The request for applications (RFA) for Model Year 7 (2024) and supporting materials can be found on the BPCI Advanced Applicant Resources web page. The extension allows for additional testing throughout 2024 and 2025, with the model ending on Dec. 31, 2025. Additional details are available in a CMS fact sheet.
CMS will hold a webinar on March 9 to provide an overview and discuss the RFA. Registration is required.
