AB 104 (Gabriel, D-Encino) and SB 104 (Senate Budget and Fiscal Review Committee) Details
The governor signed AB 104 on July 29 (Chapter 77, Statutes of 2025). SB 104 is now moot with the enactment of AB 104.
AB 104 and SB 104, among other provisions, extend the repayment period for loans issued through the Nondesignated Public Hospital Bridge Loan Program, administered by the California Health Facilities Financing Authority.
