To help providers better understand their Phase 4/American Rescue Plan (ARP) rural distribution payment calculation, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has made the amount of the Phase 4 base and bonus payment available via the Provider Relief Fund support line at (866) 569-3522.
