For planning purposes, we are asking everyone to please complete the below registration form by no later than Friday, September 1.
If you would like a hotel room for the meeting, please indicate this on the form below along with the date(s) needed so we can reserve a room for you. Please do not make your own hotel reservation. Room charges to attend the meeting will be covered by the associations.
MEETING TIMES
For travel planning purposes, we are asking everyone to arrive at the Kimpton by Noon on October 9 and not depart the Kimpton until 1:00 p.m. on October 10.
