Registration is now open for the California Association of Hospitals and Health Systems annual California Hospital Volunteer Leadership Conference on Feb. 16-17. While this year’s conference will be virtual, it will continue to offer general and concurrent sessions with live Q&A.

This year’s lineup includes Shola Richards, who will provide conference attendees with highly practical strategies to build unshakable strength during his “Unstoppable Resilience” keynote speech. Additional session topics include returning volunteers to the hospital, Joint Commission standards, hospital gift shop operations, and more.

The sessions will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (PT) on Feb. 16 and 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (PT) on Feb. 17. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers;  to ensure questions or comments are addressed during the session, attendees are encouraged to submit them in advance.

The conference is free for members, with discounted registration available for nonmembers. Volunteers and paid staff who manage volunteer programs are encouraged to attend.
