CHA publishes many guidebooks and legal manuals to help member hospitals understand and comply with health care law. Manuals are available in print or electronically, as PDFs for desktops and in the CHA Manuals App for mobile access. CHA members may download manuals here, free.
Who else can purchase manuals? CHA associate members and government agencies are eligible to purchase or download manuals at a reduced rate. Nonmembers may also purchase manuals. (Non-member rate is limited to non-hospital health care providers, clinics, post-acute facilities, and consultants, insurance companies, law firms and other entities that serve hospitals. Publications are a membership benefit and are not available to eligible non-member California hospitals.)
