Passed the Senate Appropriations Committee Aug. 30. Passed the Senate on Aug 31. The Assembly agreed to Senate amendments on Aug. 31. Pending the governor’s action.
AB 98 would establish reasonable impact mitigation requirements for warehouse developments near “sensitive receptors” which, as defined, includes hospitals and the patients they treat from surrounding residential communities.
