CHA DataSuite has released two hospital-specific analyses. The first details the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) federal fiscal year (FFY) 2021 long-term care hospital (LTCH) prospective payment system proposed rule. This analysis is intended to show providers how Medicare LTCH fee-for-service payments would change from FFY 2020 to FFY 2021 based on the policies set forth in the proposed rule. The analyses incorporate changes to LTCH payments mandated by Congress and implemented by CMS.  

CHA DataSuite has released hospital-specific analysis of the federal fiscal year (FFY) 2021 Medicare Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS) proposed rule. The analysis is intended to show how Medicare inpatient fee-for-service (FFS) payments would change from FFY 2020 to FFY 2021 based on the policies set forth in the FFY 2021 IPPS proposed rule.  

CHA DataSuite has provided member hospitals and health systems with reports on Medicare hospital wage index and occupational mix data analysis. The analyses
are intended to provide a comparative review of the data that will be used to develop the federal fiscal year (FFY) 2021 Medicare hospital wage index. Hospitals are urged to review these data and submit requests for corrections to both the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and their Medicare administrative contractor (MAC) by May 29.

rehabilitation facility (IRF) prospective payment system (PPS) proposed rule. It is intended to show providers how Medicare IRF PPS payments would change from FFY 2020 to FFY 2021 based on the proposed rule.
